New to track days
Might want to take another adult with you. Just in case you crash and have to go to the hospital. It would be kind of hard to load all you stuff with a broken bone or something. By the time you got a taxi ride back to the track the track day might be over with a lock on the gate. If you go by yourself you have to keep that in mind.
The buddy-system is definitely good.
I will say that track days do foster a spirit of comradery. I've helped load wrecked bikes & gear for riders that have gone down & couldn't do it themselves. Generally, folks are willing to help when needed. Still, as mentioned, its always good to have that buddy that can get you/your stuff home should the worst happen.
BTW OP, we expect track day pics!
