I'm glad I don't live in florida. here where I live the judge is throwing wheelie tickets out. He says if you didn't crash then you had the bike under control, therefore it wasn't reckless. Also alot of the cops around here now will pull you over and just tell you to knock it off and go out to the country roads to ride like that.
