ticket for this? Crazy, IMO. Got to love Florida

alot of states are cracking down on the stupid bs being done on the streets n hwys. If you just have to endanger innocent ppl on the roads at least go find some back road thats doesnt see alot of traffic and very few if any LEO's. If you do it any place else you deserve wtfe you get.

A empty lot is your safest n best bet

 

The street on which I was pulled over was a two lane desolate highway on the south west side of Gainesville, Fl. No cars in sight, but there happened to be an officer in a parking lot of a gas station down a little ways on a cross road and he saw me. Yeh, second offense in FL is now a $2500 and a one year suspension of your license. Don't even ask about third offenses...

Yep! Along with a ten year suspension of your license, you lose $5,000 dollars. You can rob somebody and walk away with a lesser penalty. Crazy, IMO.

depends on your definition of weaving thru traffic? If you mean lane splitting? Actually no I dont. If you mean buzzing by traffic so fast that it gives most of then heart failure? No I dont.

When on open road, usually back roads, I will do a lil WOT action for a few miles yea. Yea I usually do a lil faster than the flow of traffic.

I dont ride wheelies, doesnt mean I dont respect those who can because it is a learned skill, and does show control of the bike. But along with that comes control of of the rider. Buzzing by traffic on one wheel is just plain stupid, thats facts homie. Yea I agree alot of stupid bs is done by those who cant wheelie, but most of the bs that gives us all a bad rep, are those who dont know where nor when to do it. Personally I dont care about 'having anything cool to do' I enjoy riding itself, I dont have to have the latest greatest bike, I aint got to have no 1k to feel like I am a man, hell if all I could get was a 250r, I'd be happy because I could ride. Get what I'm saying? Time and place for everything, OP says he was on a back road n a LEO just happen to see em. Thats the breaks, I wasnt busting his chops about the where once he informed us, but still he knew the risk, do I agree with the cost?? no, but I wouldnt be pushing that line personally tho.
