ORIGINAL: O lively

On the -1 in front means +3 in the back, this works as a good general rule, but the difference actually changes slightly as the number of teeth get furter apart.

i"ve been wanting to gear mine low for this stuff, but i like my gas mileage and speed.

I've been thinking of going -1 in the front and +2 in the back.
Anyone know what this will do as far as highway rpms/gas mileage/operating temperature? I ride an 01 F4i.
It doesnt change it a whole lot but it does a little. You wont really notice anything with your mileage but your RPM's will go up a little bit. The temperature will not change. I always ran 183 on the highway and it stayed the same after I changed the sprockets.

Just bumping this back up because I'm about to get my rim back from powder coating, and think I'm ready to step up to -1 / +17. (60 tooth).

I want to try my bike as a lot bike for a while. No real interist in road trips, track days, or twisties at the moment, so might as well do this now.

Anyone have experience on this kind of tooth change on a 929?
