He won't though, they will bury the reports in 10 years of paperwork! Till he does it to the wrong person without identifying himself properly, or shoots someone! Then they will give a crap. And yes I UNDERSTAND THE GUY WAS SPEEDING AND BEING WRECKLESS!!!!
