9 times out of 10 grabbing a handful of front break will cause a different situation.

Looks like he just panicked and went down.

Not an expert but it looks like he literally jumped off lol..

but seriously if you look at 12s his foot is stuck under the truck's tire. Another inch and he would be a peg leg

ahhh man, if you get an older one, they are rediculously fun. they're so light. the one i had an exhaust/filter/re-jet, so it made about 50hp. it was so much fun because you could ride the **** out of that thing and not be breaking the law (relatively). they're really cheap too.

my wife loved it ... til she found a trashed 954 that i had to rebuild for her.

This could have easily been avoided with proper braking, regardless if he came out alright or not. I admit I have had moments like this where you look away for a second and the person in front of you has stopped. Emergency braking saved my ***.
