mods for the 06 are still somewhat hard to get; and really i depends on what you are trying to do. 1krr is pretty fast from the factory. Are you looking for cosmetic/asthetic mods or flat performance mods, or track mods? You can't go wrong with the exhaust (full or slip on); the 1krr is just too quiet from the factory; what you decide will ultimately dictate which mods you get....slip on's don't necessarily require a pc3, whereas full exhaust always requires one. Air filters have been the subject of real debate here. Give us an idea of where your headed with your bike and we'll give you some better feedback

Ive done a few mods on mine but the one that is the most bang for your buck is to go one tooth down on the front. as soon as I did that my bike was like a whole new bike.... Loved it and still do...

personally i wouldn't worry to much about the horsepower. I would focus more on the suspension, without the right suspension set up the horsepower isn't going to be put the ground correctly. So all in all do the exhaust(Because stock just isn't cutting it) and racetech the front and rear suspension. If you got the money do Ohlins. This will be much more beneficial than any 2-3 hp gain.
