Specific tire questions
I know there are a lot of posts about tire questions, but these are specific. Here is what I do.
5,000 miles a month
BREAKDOWN
3,000 on interstate highway
1,500 twisties
500 town
I need good wear in center for alot of highway miles. So I need Dual Compound, correct?
Great traction when hitting the curves.
In the twisties, I ride hard. Not your average, "hey, lets ride some curves and enjoy the scenery, but ***** out, powersliding out of turns, scraping pegs 80% of turns, fu#^ scenery, it all looks the same when it's a blur kinda riding.
I m putting tires on every 4 - 6 weeks as it is right now in peak of riding season. I have been running Bridgestone Battlax BT 50R's.
Very happy with the tires, but just wondering if anything else could offer a little more miles on the center. When my centers are completely gone (funny looking non-tire product showing through) I have 20% on last 2 1/2" on each side. I can not afford to go with a tire that is not going to give me the straight line miles. I will have to sacrifice some twistie performance before I do highway miles.
Any suggestions is greatly needed. I need to order another set by Tuesday.
Here are a few I was wondering about.

If anyone has heard anything, seen anything, used any of these, or just have a opinion please give your advice.

Unfortunatley finding a sport tire that is sticky for the hard corners yet hard for everyday highway miles is near impossible. They are two completely different style of riding that need two different compound within a tire. The best I would try would be Shinko's, I've heard very good things about their durability over time and their ability to handle well in corners. With you changing them every month to month an a half they are inexpensive and won't brake the bank.
