RE: scam?
a few things here
1- NOTHING will give you 25 HP on a bike instantly if it is not nitrous or turbo... so day dream is OVER lol
2- that is an origional OLD mustang trick ( i used to build race cars out of them/streetable/ the 79-93's... )
the idea is if you trick the engine in to thinking that it is running cold or "just started" what he ecu does is richen up all the sensor values... hence ... runs crisper/cleaner/faster/better..
it only works in MINIMAL applications... never seen it work on a bike...in fact what i do know about ECU's i can see it hurting the bike... teh FI systems on bikes are so finely tuned and dialed in you are hurting the set up ... a PC3 works to a point .. but only to piggy back the stock ECU...
the stock ecu does more than only 'set fuel curves' ... it also takes in to account ignition curves... TPS sensors... ATC sensors... fuel injectors... (some bikes dual sets)..
mechanic opionion...
save your money ..
do all bolt ons then get in to engine ... exhaust, block off plates, pc3, intake, etc...
