I've got nothing...
Maybe it's the wrong bracket??? I don't think there'd be another bracket, but I don't know for sure. Maybe the clocks are aftermarket or a different year's.
I don't know if you'll get a lot of help on this one. Not too many NC29's here, and even fewer that have been taken apart and repaired. Can you find a parts diagram/fiche for the NC29. That should point you in the right direction.

Pretty sure that's the wrong bracket, the one you need should look something like this. It's not far off so I guess it's from a wrong year maybe?
