Bike ran fine when parked now wont start?

Question Bike ran fine when parked now wont start?

ok so i have a '75 honda cb200t and i got it running and road it for a lil while then parked it for the night next day went down to start it up n it wont start. it is getting spark and gas and has compression...i took the carbs off and cleaned them and still nothing... any ideals?? i need all the advice i can get

So when it parked over night, then do not start? Did starter turn over? Or just a click. Did you throttle too much gas? May be flooded with gas. Did you try running jump start?

yea it didnt run and i got it running it was a lil rough but it ran then i parked it now all it will do is turn over. i have tried pulling it once. what gear is best for push or pull starting??

1st or 2nd
Gear should do...don't give it anymore gas...may be flooded/no air/no start...

well we just went and pulled it like 5 times and it like backfired twice but never started

Spray a bit of starting fluid into it and see if it takes off. If it does, you'll know you aren't getting fuel.
If it doesn't fire, I would try cleaning or replacing the plugs. They probably need it anyway. And bump starting is usually best done in second gear.
