but yea, mustang owners sure are quick to rev at anything around them, lol myself included, but at least i know enough to say what i can and cannot beat at a dragstrip. theres nothing you can do about the uninformed, other than giving them some firsthand experience

i've got 200 hp nitrous foggers, stock block, but forged internals, im not taking this motor any further though, im pretty sure its about all she'll take. about the same though,11.7s is my best so far. i've been itching to build a turbo motor though, nothin to it but to do it i guess. the other thought was the 460 crate motor that ford racing is offering. ehh, i;ve got plenty of time to think though.

yea its on a stock block. I am not a fan of nitrous though, and yea the turbo idea is a lot harder than it sounds haha. Just plan on twice the money and 3x the time. Are you using slicks? whats your 60'? mph?

nope, not slicks, but mickey thompson drag radials my 60's are usually around 1.7, 1.6 once in a blue moon and i believe my traps for the few good runs ive had were between 113 and 115mph, and on motor my best was a 13.2@ 104 i believe.but yea, for tires that aren't full on slicks, im plenty happy with how well they hook.
i've never been a big fan of nitrous either, but when i bought the car, the motor was built for nitrous. as far ad the turbo motor goes, ill probably build the motor, but i know who i want to handle the turbo setup and tuning for me. itll be in good hands
