A friend came over and told me that welding and modifying the originals would be TOO much work might as well built one your self, and from what I can see here its super simple good design people thanks for the pic helps alot! One question I have is, what is the material used at the point of contact where the stand meets the swing arm?

It's a piece of angle iron about 31/16' thick, with rubber electrician's tape wrapped around it.
It swivels in the pipe at the top, which has bushes in it to the correct size for the bolts which hold the L pieces in place.
If you need dimensions, let me know.
The pipe is 11/4" thick wall piping, cut and welded at 45 degree angles to improve strength.
My bike's a 1000F at 550 Lbs, and I can sit on it fully loaded, no problem !I weigh a shade over 190 Lbs.
Wheels are nylon castors, around 21/2 inch diameter.70mm
Let me know if you need more.

ORIGINAL: rangerscott

Dam. How low is your bike?
Havent measured, but the center where the exauhst goes is bout 3" MAX, so low that I can't slide a pan under neath to catch the oil, exactly the reason I wanted the stand to get atleast a 4-5" clear space. ButNOT low enought to scrape the ground when I ride, I'll take a measurment to the seat today
