Check for air in the lines.
Remove the radiator cap, overflow cap and remove your lower radiator hose. Use a garden hose to flush the coolant - run it until you have a solid streamo of water running out.
They sell kits for those, as well.
If that doesnt' do it, you may have anywhere from a small clog in the lines to a failing water pump or thermostat. I would drain the coolant first though, check that everything is running smoothly.
