Default Transmission Drop pan oil & filter change

Hey members, I've replace the stator cover on my bike....

I'm think about doing my cars transmission service, drop pan oil and filter.... How hard is it? And what should I be looking for? And tips....

Normally its pretty easy. Access is usually the hardest part.

Yeah, i have checked access and the Pan is pretty much expose under the driver side. Bolt look accessible...with an extension socket racket should be fine.

Dealer wants an arm and leg to drop the pan...

Oh, and does the quality of the gasket and filter affect much? I've seen some cheap kits on eBay for like $7 shipped...some range from $11 to $25....

Yes.

Buy cheap, buy twice!

Seriously, a cheap gasket can cause you quite the headache.

For the peace of mind, spend the extra couple bucks on the higher quality brand.
