Default Fatal accident

Coming back from my friend's house, traffic was so bad. When I finally got to the intersection, I found out it was motorcycle accident.

Police said he collided with a car that was making a turn. reminded me of my accident, I still feel sick, really sick.

Then my friend's guy friend ("raf" guy in the conversation pic) made stupid comment

It doesn't even matter which gender the driver was.

It is a military town and that make sense that he was riding alone. He was taken to the nearby hospital, I mean just one block away. He died there.

It's called Wahiawa, He could be stationed at Schofield Barracks (probably unlikely as he could have taken different road), Wheeler Army Airfield. There is East Range, an Army training area and Navy's Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific.

Detail is still not clear. One of the news just said he collided with a car that's making turn. One said he was 39 and other station said he was in 20s So would probably have to wait until later tonight to find out what exactly happened

I think there was another single motorcycle crash 2 hours earlier to this one in the same town where the rider in 30 were taken to trauma center in critical condition. and news people are getting confused.

Man its so sad to hear about this stuff. My worst nightmare has to be getting in a motorcycle accident where I was driving the car. I would be crushed. My thoughts go out to the family. On a lighter note I would hate to another guy at his unit who rides, man the lectures manpower points.

Yea that is gonna suck for the other riders, but I mean what else can they do? Death by power point is it. Or they could make riders do the MSF course once a year....

He was Air Force guy in 20s. He was traveling in the direction that you see corn in the pic. Then van made left turn in front of him.

Corrected thread title.

Nearly had a moment yesterday, almost killing myself so I wouldn't hit the rider with my Ford Edge. Was getting onto 676, merging into the traffic flow. Everything was clear. Then suddenly it wasn't. Guy on a sport bike came round a bend in the freeway. At this particular point, both 95 and 76 merge onto 676 and the 76 merger is blind. Guy had to be doing at least 100 cause I was up to 70, most of the way into traffic already, and barely had seconds to haul back out of the lane when I saw him come round the bend. Almost ate a car, except they saw it too and almost ate the wall to make space for me.

Our reward? We got the finger after he blew past.
