its not hard, i load my 954 and dirt bike both into my truck bed by myself, all you gotta do is a get a good quick start at the ramp, push it up and step up into the bed as the bike rolls over the tail gate. flip the kick stand down, and lean in on your leg and rest it on the kick stand while you get the straps around the triple trees and once you have those on and a little taunt it wont go anywhere. if you can find an embankment back up to it and it will help, if you have three guys just pick the damn thing up and put it in the truck lol before i had a ramp thats what i had to do. four people is a cake walk, three gets a little tricky, two is really hard but possible by yourself you need a ramp.
