Years ago, I had problems with my one Honda. Actually I didn't even talk to the dealer about the issue, I went right to Honda. In a professional and curtious manner, I told them the problem, but I also told them how pleased I had been in the past with thier product. All true. They asked which dealer I was working with or wanted to go to and they arranged for everything to be taken care of. All went well, no problems. Give Honda a chance to make it right, by acting right and respectful. It worked for me, actually on several occassions with Honda.

I believe that if you ahve a car/bike under warranty with a problem and the dealer cannot fix it with 3 tries, they have to buy it back.

ORIGINAL: TEN

Could it have been something that happened during "assembly" at the dealership? There are quite a few things that have to be done to the bikes once they come out of the crate at the dealership before they are put on the floor. Is it possible that the "qualified bike mechanic" screwed up something electrical while putting the thing together? If so, that may make the dealership liable for damages. However, proving that it was a mechanic screw up may be kinda difficult. Honestly though, I don't work at a dealership, so I don't know how much is involved in the assembly of bikes once they arrive, but it's worth asking.
Honeslty, not a whole lot. It comes with kust about everything done. Just the seats, mirrors, turns, etc need to be put on. Everything else is pretty much intact and installed.

unfortunately its not the dealers fault at all, so they will not take the loss on this one.....plus if they buy it back....if they resell it, they just have the same issue only with someone else....if this gets bought back its a Honda thing, not a dealership thing....call them, see what the lemon law rules are and go from there.
