I went to Stubs motocycle in Houston Mexico. I got to see the new Suzuki and Honda's. The CBR 1000 does not look that bad. Zuks look good. What in the **** is on the honda that makes it 50lbs more then a zuk with that big *** exhaust @ 363 O_O

All nice 600's tho. I liked the all black 600 to be honest.

 

Yeah the gothic does look sweet! I just noticed that they no longer have taillights above the exhaust on the new 600's...

 

the honda is NOT 50lbs heaver if you're talking about the 1krr 08 then it's actaully almost 20lbs lighter then the gsxr. If you are reading paperwork the reason the honda looks heaver is since 03 they have shown their weight fully wet, with full fuel oil and battery. the Gsxr's still dont add any of that when they show their weight wich easily adds 80lbs.

 

I see. I was going by web site specs of the cbr 600. I liked the all black 600CBR. Can you tell me if that is a limited run color? I don't think it is. You guys also have one sweet *** cluster. I liked ^_^

 

I was at the Dealership today, the new 1000rr in Silver was there, such a beautiful bike. I would take one in a heart beat if I had the money.

 

So whereis the taillight going to go on those new 600's whn you do a fender eliminator?

 

The F/E kit basically attaches like the stock plastic IMO and looks better than stock but not hugely different. Others put a 03-06 taillight in there but I haven't come across anything with a write-up or anything...

 

not to steal a thread but I know they have a few LED kits out there for the 07's...

I have the 07' black and right now its just stock and its turning some heads.

as soon as I have the funds the old tail lights are coming off and I'm getting some LEDs

 

I came across a thread about the led strips on ebay and it said that those lights you cannot see in the daytime. Personally I'd stay away from that just in case you ever get rear-ended or something like that as the person could say you didn't have lights. Some guys have put the 06-prior which have the taillights. Personally I'd do both just so everyone could see me!

I'm gonna try and find something tho... the stock lights are just so ugly and cheaply made in my opinion.
