I used it to my advantage. Hell, I sat at my buddy's house for a month waiting for my seperation to be final because my seperations clerk left for maternity leave. They found my paper work along with 5 others sitting on her desk unfinished. I called them every morning asking if it was final and they would tell me no to call back tomorrow. I had already checked out of my command so I had no place to go. I just rode my bike around Virginia, but it's damn boring when everyone you know is at work.
