last summer i got pulled over for going 44mph in a 40. I was following a car going the same speed. my speed sensor needs to be replaced so my speedometer doesnt work. i knew i was close to the limit but could tell exactly how fast i was going. i saw the cop and didnt think anything of it, till i saw the brake lights and u turn. what sucked is my permit expired the day before and i had my license test the next day. so i got a driving without a license tickect. the officer was a nice guy, instead of impounding the bike he allowed me to call a friend with a license to ride it away.
The officer told me if i got my license the next day to talk to the courts and they may drop the ticket

screw valet id never let them drive my car if it was something capable of that. What happens when you bring a bike to a place that does valet do they just let you park it yourself?

My best friend is a Citizen on Patrol in my county (let me tell you how invaluable this has been over the years hahah)

But it also got me out of a speeding ticket. The Radar guns that they use while moving aren't that accurate and they can't pinpoint targets. They have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was specifically you they targeted. And its more of a ballpark.

Now that doesn't help you any if you're the only vehicle around but you get the point.

Also the laser targeting they use when they are stationary is much more advanced.

With that said, I have yet to be pulled over by a cop on my bike.

my friend got "paced" doing 140 in a 65 and had his car towed but almost all the charges got dropped cuz the cop was stupid so i think he just got wreckless driving.

I've been pulled over so many times for no reason since I drove a lot at night. As fasr as bike stories go, I got pulled for "going too fast on an on-ramp" which I got no ticket for. I also brought my g/f and I to a lot I stunt in sometimes and I pull in back there and see a cop sitting there with his car on so i calmly turn the bike around and go to exit the lot. We were going up there to just chill and look at the stars because it was really dark back there but he thought I was going back there to stunt. I don't know how that would work with my g/f on the back... Either way he was really cool and didn't give me a ticket since I did nothing but technically trespass, even though we had like 3 other cops show up for no reason.

Also back when I had my Katana, my one forum was having a meet and I told them all I would come with just straight pipes. I got pulled over and the cop asked where my can went. I told him I went to a party the night before and someone stole it. He laughed and let me go.

Never got pulled over, but I got sirened and scolded by microphone. Everybody could hear his telling me "Slow down" That was embarrassing. In another occasion, I almost got hit by a cop, so I called the cop on cop after I got home.
