Default one more computer question.

Ok, got my disc in the mail and reset my computer back to factory. Everything is working fine since I have done this. EXCEPT. the monitor display is stupidly blurry and big..it is a 19inch dell LCD. I have the resolution set to (medium) full made things to small. Now.I remember when I first set this computer up I had to install a disk right away to get my monitor settings right. I think my dad threw away the box with the disk in it..I looked for downloads or something but have no clue what to do. Anything else I can try to get this looking better. It is really giving me a headache trying to read it.
