Its a reaonable explanation but I am pretty careful with what or who I click my mouse on ... I am also less likely to be hovering over someone I have never seen before ..as I scrolled down the post he was blocked before I reached him ..no its a mystery!! ..cant you let me have a little mystery Woo ..does there have to be an explanation for everything?? ..lol

Based on that message it sounds l.ike you blocked them and they didn't block you.
What happens when you do what it says to do? "Click here to unblock this user"
