could (hopefully) be a peice of your baffler that rusted off and fell down. pull your manifold off and shake it out to hope for the best. Sound clips?

The CCT does require adjusting, but not after 2 weeks... Perhaps the garage did not install it correctly or the locking nut has backed off.

Try setting the tension on the CCT again and see if that cures your problem

Well after getting a second ape tensioner and getting it checked twice. I have now discovered the problem. Where the down pipe goes 2 into 1 there was a bit of metal in there as part of the exhaust no idea what its meant to do but the weld on it broke and thats what was rattling about. Here is a photo of how i had to get it out and what the bit of metal it was. Its all welded back up now so just have to worry about getting the broken stud out the head now and get it back together.

Hah, I just pulled a snapped stud out of an F2 head... HAVE FUN is all I can say.

Buy about 3 sets of drill bits, because you're going to snap every single one of the bits that are smaller than 1/8"

Buy a heavy duty easy-out set, easy outs are the best way to remove the snapped stud, unless there is enough stick-out that you can manage to grab it with vise grips.

there is about 10mm sticking out so going to warm it up with oxycetelene torch and get my vise grips on it fingers crossed that will do the trick. i broke one when i changed my system but got that one out easy cause engine was still red hot.

I'd be careful with acetylene, it is much hotter than say a propane torch... If you have propane I would use that instead
