Default Strange!?!

Yesterday I head off to work on my F2. The bike starts just fine and runs normal, as far as I could tell nothing changed from the day before. The ride to work is about 20 mins. with some parts over 50mph and some parts 30mph with stop signs etc. Anyways I pull into the parking lot at work, ride to my parking spot and as soon as I turn in the bike dies. I was still moving with the clutch in (in first gear). At first I thought I went for the kickstand too soon or accidentally had left the clutch out but no, I had no explaination for what happened. I took off my side seat panel and checked the CDI and R/R to see if there was an issue (melted or smoking or even just really hot) nothing at all, the connections were good the ground was intact and no signs of heat damage. After work my bike would not start it seemed like the battery was dead.
I jump started it let it idle for awhile and then I drove home with no problems. Even when I got home I turned the bike off opened the garage door and started it right back up no problem. This morning the exact same thing happened the bike started normal in the garage, drove to work with no problem, but as soon as I pull into "The Devil" parking spot the bike shuts off while I'm still rolling and won't restart.

Doesanyone have any clue what could be going on?

I am completely lost.

Can you expand Zoom? What is vapor lock? I don't think my bike is getting too hot, but today I drove home after push starting it and I stopped for 5mins. in a parking lot letting it idle and it died again and I wasn't able to restart the bike. I need to know whats going on, any ideas?

Did you test for a bad R/R? Mine looked and felt fine, but was bad...Replaced it and now charges great...

Could be R/R, it doesn't have to look broken to be broken. Could also be carb freeze (where the petrol in the carbs freezes up after a ride), happened to me many a time and was annoying. Pro fst works as a fuel addative. Apparently Kawasaki's or Suzuki's suffered badly from it at one point and this Pro fst stuff was the answer. After a while the ambient heat temperature from the engine melts the fuel in the carbs and it can be started again. But to me i would guess its your R/R. Test it!!!

i dont think he'd be riding 40 minutes (20 home, 20 next morning to) without the R/R working correctly. mine only lasted about 5-10 minutes of riding before my battery would be dead when R/R was OFF the bike. that was after i fully charged my battery each time.
