Default Sweaty push

Ran out of gas on the interstate, 1.5 (exactly) miles from next exit (she died at the mile marker). Pushed it 1.5 miles, up the off ramp, to the gas station and filled her up. Then tried to start her. Nope.. when you leave the lights on for appx 25 min it won't start. Wife had to come jump me.
Please note: I was in full gear on my way to class. (bag full of books) I had to call the prof to tell him I was on my way, but I'd be late. Walked into class SOAKING wet. Probably smelled like crap too.

The Ride Smart guys/school are awesome, if you guys come back next year, Ill probably be seated in the front row, ready for some info. Might be up in the intermediate session this time.

Lets hope its not pouring rain and freezing this time

My battery decided to die when I was taking my motorcycle endorsement test at the part where you honk the horn while a group of onlookers were watching.

Didn't realize until half way home when the bike died again that the new battery I installed wasn't the problem it was the voltage regulator. Good times.

Thanks. I was the Intermediate Lead Instructor, even with the cold and rain I had a blast. We plan to come back next year!

My first bike i bought had a no start issue, but i jumped the clutch outa my driveway when i wanted to ride. Well one day i decided to ride into town not worring about how ill restart my bike. At a stop light in the dead center of town, 3 lanes both ways, go to take off and kill it. Have to push start it on flat ground 3 or 4 times before i get her going again. Not to mention it was like 100 degrees that day with helmet and jacket on.

Another time was cruising down the interstate goin about 60 and pull up beside a chick i thought i knew. Do the little wave to her and then realize after she turns her head again it wasnt her.And yes she was pretty hot.lol

Default Back in the day

Back in the day when I had a brand new 95 Katana I loaded in the back of a truck useing a 2x6 board. Lol, I rode it up and 1/4 way up when my feet left the ground the bike lost balance and I laid it down when it got in the bed of the truck. no harm done, just embaressed in front of the shop owners as they watched me loading it, where I just got a new rear tire put on.

I was doing motorcycle support for the ACS Bike-a-Thon and in front of a group of cyclists I stopped to help I put my foot down and slipped in some sand and dropped my BlackBird . I had to pick it back up and not let them know I was pissed cause they were the reason I had to stop.
