Kill switch question

MSF instructor made it clear to use the engine "CUT OFF" switch first. He also made it a point that it was not a kill switch. We do not "kill" anything.

I use the switch, then turn the key. I'd imagine any of those ways work.

Nope. He was being serious. He uses the cut off switch too, and I guess he was happy to see another person do it "the right" way.

I almost always use the side stand switch because I don't have to let go of the controls AND I always know my sidestand is down before getting off the bike. lol...

I dont have a kill switch so i just use the key.Makes no difference.lol
