inspection?

Default inspection?

I was told that i have to have a yearly inspection on my bike to ride?

I just started riding last year so this would be something I'm not aware of.

Same as an inspection sticker on your cage, if your in a state that does inspection stickers. About the same rules apply, working lights and turn signals, atleast one mirror stuff like that. Some of the inspectors as asses though and wont inspect it if you have flush turn signals or aftermarket exhaust. But the majority of people go ahead and inspect them anyway.

hmm, see i never ever have heard of this. I live in MI so I'm not sure if those rules apply here? I will look this up tonight. I have never had a car or my dads cycle inspected and I have had a few tickets ranging from years ago and never heard anything like this. Hope I don't have to because I have flush mount signals and a chopped down exhaust..

Michigan does not have a yearly inspection law. However, "A uniformed police officer may on reasonable grounds shown stop a motor vehicle to inspect the vehicle, and if any defects in equipment are found, issue an appropriate citation..."

Naw buddy we dont have that crap in Michigan. If a cop does that which is rare you will get a fix it ticket. Fix the problem go to a police station show them its fixed and boom no more ticket.
