NJ inspection

RE: NJ inspection
From what I've heard they don't know what they are doing in the NJ inspection stations and have not been all that strict. I think a new bike needs to be inpected after 4 years which is why I haven't had firsthand experience with it yet. Part of why I decided to sell my f4i was because I had flushmounts, an undertail, etc, and it was up for inspection next year and I didn't want to have to worry about having to re-install the front signals and buying a new factory undertail to replace the rear turn signals. Wasn't sure about the exhaust either because from what I hear no aftermarket exhaust is street legal.

RE: NJ inspection
i sold my F4i 2002 about 3 week ago to. but i didn't do inspection on it even when i got insurance they give you a paper to do inspection but they never follow up on it i never got checked.
anyways even when i got pulled over then never ask for inspection on a bike and i think the dont give u stickers anymore to put on your license .
But it would be nice to actually know do we need that or not because I'm a fellow NJ rider.
