I'm pissed, I can't begin to imagine how the family feels

Just wait, they'll find a way to honor the killer. They'll say he tried everything he could do to get out of the way, but those crazy crotch rockets were coming right at him.

 

I just found out that the rider that was killed was a very good friend of a friend and the botched blood draw was performed at a local clinic and that is the reason that it is not addmissable in court. The person that had the officer sent to the clinic was the Lt. that was previously in charge of all DUIs in Indianapolis. This is just disgusting and Bissard just needs to either admit what he did or at least be suspended without pay pending trial. I mean come on 5 other accidents with his car over 8 years and those are the ones we know about. May justice be swift and deliberate and its aim be true for Bissard.

 

ya i saw a report on the family (from so. fla) and i can't believe that got dropped....

I feel bad for the families here. What a shame.

I think they suspended him without pay already.... pending trial.

I'm interested to see how this turns out.
Doesn't look good from here, tho.... on many levels.
