Hope you get to feeling better and heal fast, you must have an angle watching over you because you are still here to talk about it, time will heal all wounds. The bike may not be so lucky, insurance will total it more than likely. Too bad it wasn't the gsxr, hope you get back out and ride again when you are all healed up.

i still want to keep my cbr. if they total it, i might buy it back from them. i am not selling it in future and salvage title doesnt bother me

I just saw this thread today, sorry to hear about your accident sounds like it was very painful. Hope you get well soon and your bike gets fixed up. I'm interested in the details of how he hit you head on at an intersection if it doesn't bother you to post them?

Default progress update

still stuck at home, but i refuse to give up my independency. i do things like swifer the floor on wheelchair. laundry is like four step process. i go first on wheelchair to put them in the washer. when its done, go back with walker and put my elbow on washer to balance myself and transfer clothes into dryer. when it's done, i go back with walker to take them out onto washer top, then go back with wheelchair to put them on my lap to take them to bedroom.

since everything i do, even typing (one hand typing), is slow, day seems to pass quicker than i thought it would.

getting around with walker. i'm getting good at this and also wheelchair.

Looks like you're hobbling around just fine. Legs looking good too

So if the Guy's insurance is taking care of everything, how long before we see you on a CBR 1000? Couple days?
