oh nooo, that's terrible I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope they gave you some good stuff for the pain and the guy pays for your bills. Your recovery will be in my family's thoughts.

Ouch! I'm so sorry to hear this. Like was said above, being in good shape will aid a speedy recovery. I, too, hope the other driver covers the financial aspects of both your and the bikes recovery.

Take care Yumi. Get lots of rest and don't push yourself to hard. That knee is going to need its time to heal up right. Hopefully the guy in the truck has decent insurance. Get well soon.
