I need a life lesson
yea, try one of those roommate matching websites or even the flyer and newspaper..it wont be easy! but not impossible...MAKE SURE they alow bikes parked at the place you find..my current problem is that the place i live at has a gay rule of not allowing bikes whatsoever so im stuck here saving money till i can get out..ARGH!!!!!
Hellman i'm about to move back to the rents house. If you really want roomates, theres a good cahnge you can find a house for cheaper than the apt.The house i'm in now is only 300/month but the utilities are a little higher. Though i do have a garage for the beauties...
Use abc apartment locater or another service like that. They will break down every complex by area, size, rent etc. Its a huge help.
When you sign, there will be a deposit, first rent, costs to turn everything on(they should tell you who to contact), new furniture, etc etc.
Hope you like ramin noodles.....

i didnt like living by myself, it was kinda nice, but too boring. coming home from work sucked ***. houses are not really as cheap as apartments, damn near close, but i guess that depends on where you live. i pay $750 for my house now, and im damn lucky to have found a house that cheap where i live, my apt was $810 after the de-tached garage. most houses around my street are $1000+. whoever said buying a house was cheaper, it is, if you never had to pay property taxes. i always had to pay like $200-300 for a deposit on the apt, until we got a nicer one and they said we didnt have enough credit and a full months rent was due on top of the $200. i ended up getting back $1K after i moved, it was awesome.
did you ever find somewhere to live nauree?
