I was thinking about renting a storage unit and living in it.

 

You can rent out storage units that have eletricity aka "work" storage units. Man I wish I could find that website that had pics of a lady living in one.


You'll just have to **** and **** in a bucket (lid optional) and then dispose of it somewhere.

 

I won't move out from my parents unless I have to work or study somewhere else. Nothing beats the comfort and leisure staying in the place you had grown up. That is a life lesson.

I moved out before I even gradeated form hi skool.

 

Like everyone has said:

1 month rent for security deposit, Application Fee, Guarantor(aka Co-signer) or Proof of Income 3x's greater then the whole month rent or 2 years past renting experience w/ references, Some require Renter's Insurance, anddeposits for your utilities.

To sum it up...sell your left nut.

 

Hell as ****ty as the home market is. Its just as much or cheaper to get a morgage and start paying on a house. Better than pissing money away to some crack head running an apartment complex.

 

When I was doing my degree about 15 years ago, I had no choice but to rent a room in an apartment for a year which was occupied by fellow a$$hole seniors . Life was pretty miserable then. Have you tried talking to your college mates?
