HOLY crap you are going to ride with out rear brakes are you trying to kill you self. sorry over reaction, but if you are arould Chicago I will put them on for you very very easy and cheap pads on e-bay like 15.00 that is it and it should take no more then 30 min at the longest. to do them.

well i bought the pads and put them on in 10 min really 10 min cost me 40 bucks kind steep but what ever but iam haveing the new problem above

Ok, 1st, have you adjusted the rear wheel correctly, both adjustment marks have to be equal. If not, this can cause the disc to hit against the caliper. 2nd It could be a warped disc, same symptoms. The rear bearings are pretty strong. but you never know. but adjust the wheel 1st and see wot happens.

yeah i adjusted the wheel like 5 time to make sure and it did the same thing like one side of the rotor rubs one sdie doesnt when the bike is leaned over being heald on the kick stand when i spin the wheel the rotor looks like it going up and down and i was like wtf

if the rotor is going up and down but the wheel isnt, the perhaps the rotor is loose or got some weird bend in it.
