Me and TK. take in about the same amount of calories a day. I'm 190 LBS 5 foot 10, 18 inch neck, 48 inch chest, 15 inch arms 34 inch waist. 24 inch legs and about 8% body fat . You really can't get much below that, body fat wise or you don't have enough stored energy to have any endurance.. I have been as high as 219 With a body fat percentage rate of somewhere around 12% Never any higher... The more lean muscle tissue your body has the more calories you burn a day. A healthy muscular individual will burn more calories at rest, then aout of shape individual will burn exerciseing ... 75% of what I do depends on my physical ability to handle a situation And I'm not just referring to brute strength ...155 pound individual with a real skill set is more lethal than a 200 pound musclebound knucklehead with no skill . Your body is a temple. You should not trash it with junk food. I Very seldom ever drink any alcohol, and I don't drink carbonated drinks, I'm with Shocktroop on the organic grown foods especially my vegetables I won't even discuss the chickens lambs or beef that is sacrificed to this temple LOL
