Autopsy showed the victim was drunk with a .13 BAC. No excuse for Billy...but the victim may not have been sober enough to even try to evade the oncoming truck.

Can u say "prison bitch"? Whether the victim had a couple or not doesnt matter in the fact that Billy ran into him and smeared Him all over HIS truck...not the other way around. Billy is walkin and that guy is gettin scooped up off the road wit a lil shovel and a bucket. I have driven drunk in the past and have fortunately not gotten caught (and im sure many others have been just as wasted and done the same thing) but i have said a couple of month ago that i just aint gonna take the chance again...just aint worth it if somethin happens.
