so I was out riding tonight with some buddies and man the CBR was running sweet in this weather.. she just seemed to have some extra pep. in fact we were taking off at a light and as soon as she hit her sweet spot she came right up and I was quite surprised.. I have ridden her the same for the whole time I've owned her and usually she has to be coached up. tonight I had to coach her down. my buddy said he was shocked to se me do that. I told him I was too lol.

 

Your obviously not in NY....was nice today untill the sun went down....now its Coooold!....

 

nope not in 2 years... moved down to FL after dealing with -40 weather in Syracuse... never going back.

I did the same exact thing a couple nights ago. I was in awe that just rollin on would lift er up,
I'm over 200lbs with gear on too!!

Im gonna miss the extra power come summer.

 

I dont know what it is either, but it is prefect. The last time I rode I had three layers on. Today was only one layer under the jacket. I didn't have the front come up, but it was a nice feeling just being out there. I even found another riding buddy to chill with on the way to the girlfriend's house.

 

I rode this mornin in nj cold as ****e....like 38 degrees....i need better gear
