Edit: I think I got it....you must be talking about the the F4i parts (that for some reason have S2002 in the description?) Someone in the greater Detroit area might be missing a bike!

i have seen that company on ebay before, they say they disassemble working bikes to ensure all the parts work. they even have video of the bike. bikes can be worth more parted than they are working.
