Anyone know anything about 97BlownSaleen?
I "purchased" a Two Bro's can from him for $175.00 and he promised he would send it. Now it's over a month later and i haven't heard a single word from him.
This site says he hasn't logged in since we last talked. I opened a dispute/claim over this in Paypal, but guess what. He took the money out and ran. Paypal was no able to retrieve MY money back from him.
Everyone BEWARE! If anyone knows any info on him, please PM me with details.. The least i can say is that i'm VERY angry that there are such low down idiots in this world that STEAL from others!
Especially when i worked my butt off trying to buy that can. I'm only 16 and have already lost all most all trust to anyone over the web.

that sucks man. I know nothing about the guy. The only good thing is the possibility he will do it to someone else and as soon as the money enters his account, it will be held and dispersed to you.
I really don't understand why people like this arent prosecuted. It makes it so easy to screw people. Paypal has his info, but will never realease it to the person that got ripped off. Im sure there are legal issues why they won't, but it still sucks. If this guy was shoplifting, he would surely be prosecuted, so why is this different?

This is one of the reasons we stiffened the For Sale boards requirements to 100 post minimum...
We have always been concerned for the members and now, relatively new members are now not allowed !!! to advertise ... till they reach senior member level...

Paypal should be able to yank the money back from him, in my experience. They're pretty good about protecting sellers. Does he have a verified or un-verified account with them?
