I love to fish. I'm more of a Bass fan then anything and I don't like catfish. I just make sure I go by the size rules. If it's too small just throw it back. At least u are catching g fish. I agree the catch and release is a good thing. My family likes to have fish cook outs all through the summer. So as long as they are of size we'll keep em for the cook out.

 

I only keep the ones that swallow the hook and bleed ... ya know they're gonna die if you throw 'em back. 99% of the time I give those to someone fishing on the shore as I leave. Love fishing ... hate cleaning .

 

The fish population is getting smaller. So catch and release.
