I don't know when the carbs were done last. The bike was rebuilt recently by a redneck. Thats about all I know about it I don't know what was rebuilt or anything. I personally have no-where to work on it no tools nothing so I am thinking I might sell before it gets any worse and I have a 400 lb paperweight.
One more thing though there are cracks in my front tire along the sidewall should this be replaced asap dangerous?

Yer , a tire with splits or little cracks in it, are the sign's of a very old one...
It should be replaced asap.....but by the sounds of it you have thrown in the towel already ...
If you can neither pay to even get her tuned or you can't do ANY work on her yourself ....you may as well sell her mate...
