Default New to site....and question...

Hi everyone....
I have a question about jackets...I just bought an Iconmerc stage 2 jacket size xxl (46-48) and it seems to fit pretty snug/tight on me....I know that I am asize 46.seems that if I buy a bigger jacket the sleeves will be too long as these are just right
But before I bought the jacket off the internet.....I went to a local bike shop to try jackets on and made sureof my messurements which was 46, but it seems that this icon jacket is a little too snug, is that the way it is suppsoed tobe and maybe it will break in just a little after time?

Thanks in advance....

My jackets are snug fitting, but not to the point that they are uncomfortable. You don't want it to be loose but you also want to be able to move around, look behind for cars, stuff like that. I would put it on and get on the bike and see how it feels.

Feels like I can only wear a light t-shirt under the jacket and still feels tight/snug, like a tight sweater....so i guess that is pretty tight/snug?

Welcome..... They should fit snug and then go to the waist. Icon jackets tend to run smaller. I wear A M/L and had to get a XL in their jacket.

Thank you D2.....I think I might have to go with 3xl (48-50)....since 2xl(46-48) feels tight around my upper back and chest. I just re-measured myself and it was 47....is it ok to go up a few sizes in these jackets like I stated above?
All the help is greatly appreciated....
