New to the forum and bikes in general:-)
Hey guys. i know that most of you will have the proper CBR's. but as i only have a CBT the closest i could get was a 2004 125 CBR. anyways i hope you guys do not slate me to much for having the 125 my cousin has been taking the mick more than enough(he has a GSX-R 1000CC ***** waving in the extreme)
I am in the process of purchasing it and it has a GP style exhaust, and i wanted to know if it will pass a MOT with it on before i 'sign' on the dotted line. Also as the original has a pitifall 15bhp will the exhaust increase this figure or not?

Mine is the same as the second one.

Hello Harmy2010, that's a cool bike you're getting. Wish we could get those here in the US. ...and no, nobody is going to slate you for it, and if they do, they're ignorant anyways, lol.
From my understanding, slip-on exhausts give you minimal power gains, as opposed to a full system. Nonetheless, on a 15 hp engine, the increase may be more noticeable than on bigger bikes. The sound note will definitely change which is always a big plus, and it looks a lot nicer, so either way it’s a win/win situation.
But don't take my word for it. The General Tech or the European Model Section would be the place to inquire about this. Post some pics if you get a chance...
