Default New 94 cbr f2 owner.. my first honda

wsup errbody i used to own a 1992 gsxr 750 as my first bike..sold it.n now i just got this bike today as is. its not currently running hopefully because it needs a valve adjustment but im bringin it to superbike down here in san jose on monterey road to see if they can fix it. got it for $1300.. a little banged up but still holds a clean title. has 38,XXX miles. let me know what u think.

hey there and welcome to the forums!! :-)

It is unlikely that valve adjustment would stop a bike running completely so it's more likely a duff connection or a duff regulator/rectifier ...either way it's probably quite fixable :-)

Have you determined if the engine turns over and seems to have "compression" ??

You should find lots of help here ...

Good luck with it and keep us all informed :-)

thank you both for the warm welcome. i will definately keep you guys posted! the R/R was already swapped to a gsxr 750 R/R..said to be alot better. might just be the duff connect.. and i may also do a cyl. compression soon too. you'll be hearing from me soon!
