i have 8 cbr's in my garage.. mostly 04-07...
let me know if you have ANY questions at all ..

start ripping her apart and upgrading some key parts... will wake right up

first and foremost take off about 4lbs of junk .. take off the PAIR system and add block off plates...

also get rid of the exhaust ... i always say go full system if you can aford it or come acorss a great deal ..
( i have a full TI arata if you are interested.400 miles on it)

next rack up miles.. no substitue for miles/*** time and experience

glorified air pump system that "supposed to" feed fresh air in to the intake system depending on speed of the bike
