For anyone who thinks about doing crap in VA, think AGAIN! As of July 1st, 15mph over is considered wreckless, $3000 fine. Cops here don't BS. I personally stay away from the city where city police are itching for paperwork. Either than that, just keep it under the limit and evreything should be fine.
