I cant really ellaborate anymore than what has been posted,BUT from what I know the FZ6 is more of a standard (ie. upright riding position,handlebars,mid-range tuned engine)
while the F4i is a Supersport 600.
Youd have to ride each bike to see which one would fit you best and which one fits your riding demographic.
DO you plan on taking long trips? doing trackdays? Just a few questions you need to ask yourself.
Of course Im biased on my opinion but for all-around capabilities from the street to the racetrack the F4i is hard to beat
Oh, and welcome to CBRF!

I have maybe 15 hours on an XR100 and 20 hours on a KLX250s (dual sport).
I don't plan on doing track days, although I live 10 min away from Pacific Raceways. I also don't plan on doing long trips.
I see myself using my bike as a commuter to college (40 min round trip), and possibly a few day rides to Mt. Rainier, maybe with a passanger after I get a few thousands miles under my belt.
