Another Bike Another Forum

Started Project CBR600F3 so have to signup for the forum. Not new to bikes. This would make my forth bike, if you count the DEAD Project Katana. First bike was a 04 SV650S (pic below) was anything but stock. Second bike and current is 00 Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird. Never going to sell it. Third DEAD Project Katana was killed by the new Project CBR600F3. At least I can use the front end from it on the CBR project. Lastly CBR600F3 came around when I found a deal on a frame and engine. Oddly enough not from the same guy. I will keep you guys informed on how its going.

Welcome! Did you paint the frame on the SV? I had an 03 naked.

That was the first thing I did to the SV. Wish I still had the SV but a highside took care of that. I mean when you break the frame, lol. Since you had an SV. You remember where the left upper subframe bar mounts, the screw for the seat, and the mounting point for the little frame cover. I snapped that off in one piece. It was a big piece, size of a CD and about an inch thick.
