G'day all
I posted in the main section then found this section
I'm Peter from Brunswick in victoria & have just bought a 89 1000f my all time had to have before I die bike,will be sprucing up this bike before it goes on club plates next year, when hope to meet up with others on my travels.

Good to see you posting away Kevin - and welcome to the fun part of the forum
Now, I believe you bought the silver '87/88? Would you be able to take a photo of the seat with and without the seat cowl fitted? Please. And detail how it is secured. I saw you asked about the Ride Of The Month (ROTM), that's a rite of passage (or so I was told by a certain Mr Sprock
) for all new members on the forum. The CBR1000F is a grand old girl and we had a winning run of 5 months with CBR1000Fs taking out the ROTM. So you may become part of that!Cheers, SB

Being that your bike is the much rarer Mark 1 CBR750F there may be a premium? Very hard to say.
